To the tunes of Ålesund ‘s wonderkid Eirik Havnes ‘ music installation, the audience gets the opportunity for an hour of relaxing and life-giving yoga with views to formidable Aksla. As a small morning gift from us at the festival to all volunteers, spectators, children , young people, adults and the elderly, Sunnmørings and easterners, immigrants and emigrants – here is a little moment for all of you to breathe together. A little hour of healing and energizing yoga. Classes led by Uwe Heim from YamYoga and suitable for everyone.
