Hand Pick is a book that encourages you to eat, see and enjoy the nature around you. Many of the plants we walk past can be eaten and enjoyed – and at the same time they are useful. Some of the knowledge about what we can eat in nature is about to be forgotten, but Hand Pick gives us the opportunity to bring ourselves in.

Kristin Helene Randulff Nielsen has in recent years picked wild plants for several well-known Oslo restaurants (Maaemo and Smalhans). Here, the public can join her on a trip in healthy nature and learn about what edible plants are found there.
