Runar Gudnasson – Hovdebygding, musician and songwriter, is better known as the artist «Sjef R» and «Torstein HYL» in the rap group Side Brok. When he received the language prize 2021 from Sunnmøre target team, they wrote:

(Gudnasson has) a local view from Diger’s (and who with) broad-mindedness and double-mindedness looks around and uses the Nynorsk language from the front, creatively, but correctly. In recent years, he has been useful as a translator for Det norske He praises the theater on several occasions and the critics for creative and clever turns.

We have invited Gudnasson to write new lyrics, and are looking forward to witnessing his linguistic musicality and clear identity.

Runar has had to choose his own playmate, and the choice fell on percussionist Kim Åge Furuhaug from Volda.
